Football Age Levels

Freshman 7U
Ages 6-7
A fun and fundamentals division aimed to introduce our youngest student athletes to the game. This division teaches introductory skills of Heads Up Football, teamwork, and competition. No special teams and the season progresses to four down football by playoffs.

Sophomore 9U
Ages 8-9
A developmental football division to progress student athletes knowledge and love of the game as well as a building block for life skills of teamwork, sportsmanship, and competition. Heads Up Football skills are taught and reinforced as players are developed. No special teams with traditional 4 down football.

Juniors 11U
Ages 10-11
A developmental and competitive division to build skills and foster sportsmanship, teamwork, and competition. Modified special teams with minimal other changes to VHSL rules

Seniors 14U
Ages 12-14
A competitive division using VHSL rules and developing student athletes knowledge of the game. This division is designed to feed up to JV programs and may participate with local middle school teams with same age players.
Birthdate is 8/1 for ALL DIVISIONS & Cannot be 15 or 9th grader
